What is the Paleolithic Diet? It is a secret that is over 2 million years old, and is shared by over 84 tribes of hunter-gatherers in the world. It has been referred to as the diet from the "Garden of Eden". This diet is not designed by doctors, nutritionists, or other individuals, it was designed by none other than "Mother Nature" herself. It is based on extensive research that examined the foods our ancestors ate, both in quantities and types.
